Salmon Fillet Bento

This bento had a nicely grilled salmon fillet that was flavorful and juicy. The fillet sat on top of a bed of wonderfully cooked brown rice which complimented the protein well. The portion size was just right, and it came with some tasty sides like steamed veggies and rice. Overall, a solid choice for salmon lovers.

Chicken Breast Bento

As we opened this box, we were greeted with a beautifully sliced, glistening chicken breast. The chicken breast in this bento was tender and well-seasoned and was paired with a small layer of teriyaki sauce. The sides were simple but satisfying, with a good balance of veggies and carbs. It's a great option if you're in the mood for chicken!

Braised Beef Bento

One of our favourites in the whole series! The braised beef in this bento was melt-in-your-mouth tender and packed with flavor. The brown rice was warm and fluffy, perfectly complementing the beef and its sides. This bento reminded us of a warm and kind home-cooked meal. Definitely a winner for anyone craving some comforting beef goodness.

Tofu Bento

If you're a vegetarian, Scoop Therapy has got you too! This tofu bento is a delicious vegetarian option. The tofu was nicely cooked and absorbed the flavors of the sauce well. At every chew, the tender tofu melts in your mouth and makes the experience amazing. The assortment of veggies and rice provided a good balance, making it a satisfying and healthy meal.

Lasagna Bento

Step into the western side of bentos with Scoop Therapy. The lasagna in this bento was hearty and flavorful, with layers of cheesy goodness and savory meat sauce. It was a bit messy to eat (think cheese pull), but totally worth it for the taste. Each layer was well seasoned and satisfied out bellies. A comforting and filling choice for Italian food fans.

Pie Bento

The pie in this bento was a delightful surprise. Whether you're in the mood for something savory or sweet, the pie bento is a great comforting and indulgent treat. The crispy warm crust and its accompanying fillings blended so well with each other and had us wanting more! Perfect for a cozy lunch or snack on the go.

Sandwiches Bento

Don't be fooled by the name of this bento! We expected a regular, plain, cheese and ham sandwich but we were greeted with a delightful burger instead. This bento was packed with fresh ingredients and a tasty patty. A warm toasted bun with meticulously crafted layers. A convenient and satisfying option for a quick meal.
