The Chinese Lak Cheong Fried Rice has a savoury, sweet, and smoky flavour profile, all in one. The rice was so fragrant and soft and the Lak Cheong’s distinctive smoky taste adds a slightly sweet umami kick that leaves you craving for more!
2. Fried Sweet Soy Chicken with Sesame Seed
This fried sweet soy chicken is a mouthwatering delight that combines succulent chicken with a tantalising sweet and savoury sauce. The chicken is tender and juicy which offers a satisfying texture with each bite. Evenly coated with the sweet soy sauce glaze which creates a heavenly balance of sweetness and savoury goodness.
3. Cereal Oat Fish Fillet
The cereal oat coating the fish fillet creates a satisfyingly crispy and crunchy texture.
