The texture of the cake was moist, fluffy and surprisingly the buttercream didn't overpower the mystery flavor!

Next up would Corporate Cake Gift no 2. This cake is baked freshly and coated with buttercream and a touch of blue coloring
to the cake. Finishing off with gold paint, rice papers and white macarons. For this cake, the appearance looks
minimalistic and a work of art at the same time that I almost didn't want to eat it! In terms of texture, the cake
was smooth and cakey but for the secret flavor, it was a letdown due to it being predictable and wasn't packed
with richness. Personally, I like cakes with great flavors but if you are someone who likes simple and light
then this cake is the one to get!

3. Corporate Gift Cake no 3
Lastly is Corporate Cake Gift no 3. The moment I saw this cake, it looked like it came out from the ocean as this cake is coated
with turquoise buttercream and beautifully decorated with rice papers, non-edible pearls to
make it look like 3D bubbles and biscoff crumbs that resemble the sand. Finishing off with some seashells
and a piece of rice paper with a touch of gold paint at the top of the cake.
In my opinion, the cake texture is good but the secret flavor to this was slightly too overpowering for me.
Nonetheless, this cake had a great appeal with a flavor that is just slightly above average.

Now I know what you may be thinking, where's the strawberries when there are only blueberries?
This cake is filled with a vanilla sponge followed by layers of strawberry fillings and cream cheese that's
topped with strawberry compote. Finishing off with a whipped cream coating along with
edible flowers and blueberries.
What I love about this cake is that it's light in texture and the strawberry filling just filled my taste buds with pure joy and excitement!
For a moment, it felt as if I was having a strawberry cheesecake and strawberry cake combined into one cake!
As someone who doesn't like cheesecake due to its heavy flavor, this cake does the opposite with it's
light texture that balances the flavor well which I would highly recommend!
