For pork fans, their pig trotter is tender and does not reek of pork smell (you tend to find that in restaurants that do not clean their pork thoroughly). The pork was well marinated in thick soy based paste and it paired really well with rice. I particularly enjoyed their Fish Slice fried in Honey Sauce as I have a sweet tooth. Using honey as a stir fry sauce base, it offers ‘wok hei’ and the caramelization of the honey glistened the fish, giving it a sticky and glossy finish. HURRY try it out for yourself TODAY!
