Yea! Mama Catering Executive Full Buffet Review
In 2021, Yea! Mama Catering was established with the mission of serving delicious meals at any gathering without sacrificing the quality, flavour, or satisfaction. They take great satisfaction in developing one-of-a-kind, carefully chosen meals and offering a wide range of foods to fit every occasion or celebration.
In this article, we will be reviewing their Executive Full Buffet. This set is priced at $25/pax and can serve a minimum of 20 people.
1. Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Cream (+$3/pax upgrade)
This salmon entrée had a creamy lemon butter sauce on top and was cooked to perfection. While still retaining the moisture and flakiness of baked salmon, the pan-seared fish had this amazing, lovely crisp on the outside. The flavour of the fish was enhanced by the smooth, creamy sauce.
2. Signature Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
The juicy, tender chicken thighs were marinated in a flavourful, sweet, and tangy marinade before being grilled to perfection. Nobody can resist this delicious umami taste! Additionally, it has a flavour that is so distinct, well-balanced, and unforgettable that your taste buds will keep wanting more!
3. Cereal Tiger Prawn With Chilli & Curry Leaf
Who doesn't enjoy Cereal Prawns? Juicy king prawns cooked with butter, crunchy cereal, curry leaves, and chilli padi. This dish had just the right amount of buttery flavour and cereal that is toasted but had a sweet flavour. Also, the curry leaves' aroma and earthiness definitely completes the dish. This sweet and spicy dish will certainly delight your tastebuds!
4. Pumpkin Croquette
It's like a party in your mouth—crisp on the outside and naturally sweet and savoury on the inside! You won't be able to stop munching on these, for sure. These croquettes will be gone quickly!
5. Steamed Salted Egg Pau
The incredibly moist and fluffy bun encompasses the salted egg custard that is hot and oozing. Eating a fresh salted egg bun is a sinful joy that is just so worth it. You'll understand what I mean as soon as you split the bun open and the luscious, velvety yolk pours out!
6. Broccoli With Egg Tofu & Mushroom
The broccoli was well-cooked while maintaining its crunchy exterior. The tofu was prepared with tender broccoli and mushrooms in a light gravy sauce after being cooked until it was nicely browned and flavourful.
7. Pasta Aglio Olio With Mushroom & Sundried Tomato & Chili Flakes
This dish's flavour combination is SO GOOD; it's pure comfort food that you'll want to consume endless amounts of. The s un-dried tomatoes added a lovely tangy flavour to the delicious pasta, which was cooked al dente. The chilli flakes added a hint of heat to the spaghetti's overall flavour which was very pleasant.
8. Egg Garlic Fried Rice With Crab Meat Bites
The natural sweetness of the crab flesh and the richness of the eggs made this a simple yet very delectable dish. The fried garlic bits definitely gave the dish an upgrade! I really enjoyed the flavours and textures of this fried rice.
9. Petite Strawberry Cheesecake
This strawberry cheesecake had a wonderful flavour. A lovely strawberry topping completes the creamy and airy cheesecake. Each mouthful of cheesecake is enhanced by the simple graham cracker base.
10. Hot Cheng Tng
The Cheng Tng had a generous amount of many nutritious ingredients such as gingko, dried longans, red dates, white fungus and more. The hot dessert had a light and pleasantly sweet flavour. What a great way to end off the meal!
11. Fruit Punch Cordial
Lastly, enjoy your meal with this fruit punch! It was cold and refreshing, perfect for Singapore's hot weather.
