Bakening – Real Food Bakery items are both healthy and baked using 100% natural ingredients. This allows you to get yourself a tasty treat without worrying about your carb/sugar diet. The three items that we will be reviewing today would be their keto almond bread, 3 muffins (Blueberry, Walnut, and Banana) and their chocolate fudge cake jar.

The keto almond bread is packaged in a light brown carrier bag. The packaging makes it ideal to carry around as it is relatively compact as compared to other types of bread packaging.

The keto almond bread is a wholesome loaf of bread with a perfectly baked crust. The bread is relatively soft on the inside but is firm enough for you to eat it with a fork/spoon. The keto almond bread has a slightly nutty flavour from the almonds which gives the flavour of the bread some depth. I was quite impressed by it as it was made with no added fat or sugar yet has a hint of sweetness. It’s a must-try in this list!

Flavourful and rich, chocolate fudge cake jar is made with a moist chocolate cake as the base with chocolate fudge frosting layered carefully on the top. It has a robust and bitter taste from the chocolate as it is made from 100% cocoa beans. Each of the components complemented each other perfectly, you would taste the sweetness of the chocolate cake which is then complemented with the bitterness of the cocoa beans. Personally, I enjoyed it as I am a person who likes my chocolate to be slightly bitter than sweet.

The muffins were sent in a huge white box with a transparent cover at the top of it, which got me a little excited as I could peek into the box before opening them. The packaging of the muffins reminded me of the gifts that I would receive during special occasions. I think I know what to gift my friends next time when they are hungry!

The blueberry muffin was delicious and light. I liked the taste of the muffin as it has a hint of blueberry taste which was sweet with a little tanginess at the end. This made it easy to appreciate the taste of the muffin as you get the refreshing taste of blueberry with every bite!

When looking at the walnut muffin, you can see the generous amount of walnuts that was imbued into the muffin. The walnuts were creamy and rich which complemented the healthy and hearty taste of the muffin. The texture of the nuts was relatively crunchy which helps to alleviate the experience when eating the muffin, making the experience an enjoyable one.

If you’re a person who loves fruits, you should try their banana muffin! This banana muffin stands out from the typical muffin you find from the mart, as it is not only gluten and dairy-free but egg-free too. It has a sweet taste at the center of the muffin from the banana and has small wholesome seeds in the muffin too. Overall, it’s a positive experience when eating this, definitely would buy this again!
