Bakers World Review - Bite sized desserts for any event!

Everyone loves a good snack table at a party! Even after a satisfying meal, there is ALWAYS room for dessert!

We were given loads of mini bite sized desserts from Bakers World to try and we are happy to announce that they were SUPER DELICIOUS.

We were given a platter of mini cakes to try with a variety of flavours!

The first mini slice we tried was Red Velvet. This cake is dense and less fluffy than its other sponge cake counterparts. However, it was really delicious! There was a thin layer of cream cheese and dried coconut shreds sprinkled on top which was delightful. This cake is also perfect for those with a less sweet tooth.

Next was Blueberry Cheesecake! This cheesecake was really yummy as well, fluffy and light. However, we felt that there could be more blueberry jam on the top as the current slices only had a thin layer. Other than that, this mini bite sized cheesecake was really good!

The cake assortment included a Chocolate flavour, which was really creamy and fudgy. We also love the surprise crispy biscuit layer at the bottom of the cake which gave a delightful crunch!

This Yam Cake is HANDS DOWN our favourite cake! Even though the yam flavour was not very distinct, the cake was super fluffy and soft and had a layer of REALLY DELICIOUS jelly. You have to get this flavour when ordering their party pack!

The final flavour we tried was the Strawberry Marshmallow cake. It was delicious but this flavour would be a better hit with kids as it was really sweet (too sweet for us in fact). It also reminded us of Neapolitan Ice Cream!

We also got a chance to try their fruit tarts and we were amazed at how delicious it was!

The proportion of fruits to custard was perfect, and the crust was crumbly and buttery which we LOVE!

This is a definite MUST order with Bakers World!

Finally, we were given a box of their really yummy DURIAN eclairs and CHOCOLATE eclairs! The Durian Eclairs were really puffy and had loads of durian cream sandwiched in the middle.

The Chocolate Eclair also had a really generous chocolate layer and was piped generously with a whole load of chocolate filling.

Last but not least, we were given a bottle of SALTED EGG YOLK FISH SKINS!!!

Each fish skin was generously coated with Salted Egg Yolk and was SUPER crispy! The entire bottle was filled to the brim with the fish skin, definitely worth every single cent!

Overall, Bakers World serves really good bite sized treats that are super affordable. If you are not looking to cater to a huge party, you can also buy smaller portions online to treat yourself!
