FoodLine Kitchen: Luncheon Meat Fries w/ Wasabi Mayo
Luncheon meat. Some love it, some hate it, some couldn’t care less about it. This week on FoodLine Kitchen, we made luncheon meat fries, or sticks, together with a wasabi mayo sauce! A simple snack or side that can be whipped up in minutes.

Here are all the ingredients you need:
1 can of luncheon meat (any brand you’d like)
1 cup of corn flour
1 egg
½ tsp of wasabi
1 tbsp of mayo

Step 1: Slice the luncheon meat into finger-size slices
Step 2: Beat the egg
Step 3: Coat the luncheon meat in egg, and then corn flour
Step 4: Deep fry or pan fry until the skin is crispy
For the wasabi mayo sauce:
Step 6: Add however much of wasabi to mayo ratio you would like
Step 7: Mix it all up
