FoodLine Kitchen: Ways to Eat Ice Cream ft. Papitto Gelato
This week on FoodLine Kitchen, we are going to test Papitto Gelato’s ice cream, in French Vanilla, Belgian Chocolate and Vanilla & Olives flavours. Vanilla & Olives? Hold on, just hear me out.
French Vanilla with Lotus Biscoff

I’m sure everyone is familiar with the Lotus Biscoff. It has a distinct caramel taste and it goes great with coffee, and ice cream! It gives your ice cream more texture and another added layer of flavour. Together with Papitto Gelato’s French Vanilla ice cream, the creaminess mixes well with the caramel biscuit.
Banana Split Belgian Chocolate

Firstly, the Belgian Chocolate by Papitto Gelato is amazing. I don’t really go for belgian chocolate ice cream, as some might taste too bitter. This one is different. The texture is smooth, the chocolate is thick, it’s my favourite of the bunch. And since bananas go great with chocolate, I added some bananas to the ice cream and Bob’s your uncle!
Vanilla & Olives

I was super sceptical about this flavour. I don’t know if it’s because I’m too basic to have tried or even hear of this flavour, or it’s really a thing. There are whole olives in this ice cream and I thought it was just a flavour. Together with a little caramel inside, I liked it. And I’ve done a little research on vanilla olives ice cream, people actually drizzle olive oil over their ice cream! And since I’ve already come this far, I thought might as well. And I was shocked that it gave the ice cream a deeper flavour and made it smoother! A must try!
