But when you are using frying methods to cook it, you are heating up the oil in order to cook your meal.
Calories Intake

For baking, you are using the oven’s heated air to cook your food and hence, it does not add additional calories or fat to the meal. Time taken to Cook Our Meals
One of the major factors that many youths and adults takes into consideration is the time taken to cook our meals. We want our meals to be cooked and ready to eat quickly. This often led to the indulgence of food that provides such convenience like Mac Donald’s and instant noodles. Fried food has a faster cooking time as compared to baked food since it is cooked directly through the oil itself. However, this doesn’t mean baked food doesn’t have its own edge. As mentioned earlier, it is always a healthier cooking method than frying. Baking also excels in cooking food which requires a longer time to cook, such as Turkey and many more.
Combining Different Ingredients
While frying your food saves time, there might be a chance that the taste of the end-product will not be what you're expecting when you fry different items at different times using the same oil. This often ruins the taste of the food for many people as it no longer tastes like what it should be. The occurrence of this problems lies in the cooking process of the frying method. When the items are being fried, the flavours of the ingredients sips into the oil and is fried with other ingredients. Whereas, when you bake your food in an oven, you can cook various numbers of ingredients at one go and it would hardly affect the taste of the different ingredients.

Oxidized Oil
When deep frying food that are starchy in high temperature, the oil used in the process would produce a negative effect known as oxidation. Oxidized oils bring many negative effects to the human body such as damage to the lungs, kidney and heart. Baked food usually doesn’t require oil as a medium to cook and that eliminates oxidized oil in your diet. With oxidized oil out of the picture, it is proven to provide multiple health benefits.
