Don’t underestimate the power of yoga poses, certain yoga poses can position the muscles in the abdomen in a way that encourages the release of excess gas. This will drastically reduce bloating.
- Go for a walk

If you are not fond of yoga poses, just go for a walk, physical activity can get your bowels moving more regularly, which can help to release excess gas and stool. Just take a 10-15 minutes, it can provide fast relief from gas pressure.
- Use essential oils
