If you are eating late at night because you didn’t eat enough during the day then you might want to set a routine for yourself.
Structured eating and sleeping time can help you feel less hungry at night and also even out your food intake over the whole entire day.
It is extremely important to make sure you get sufficient sleep which helps to manage your food intake and weight. By sleeping just a few short hours, you are exposing yourself to higher calorie intakes and poor quality diets which increases your risk of obesity and heart related diseases. You can set a fixed timing for your breakfast, lunch and dinner which will make you feel less hungry because your body will eventually be used to your fixed routine meal timings.
- Include protein at every meal

- Don’t keep junk food in the house

It must be nice to have chips laying around the house since you can consume it at any time of the day, especially during the night.
If you put away these unhealthy snacks, you are more less likely to eat them since they are not within your reach.
Try to switch things up by buying healthy snacks that you enjoy, such as fruits, berries and plain yogurt.
I hope these 3 tips will help to stop eating late at night!
Till then, take care and stay safe!
