As I am writing this review, I can recall the variety of dishes that I was greeted with I can't wait to share how much I enjoyed it!

• SIN CHEW BEE HOON

I absolutely adore bee hoon because it is a staple food that is enjoyed by many, perfect for any meal of the day! They are so delicious and they taste great on their own but with all the other dishes together, it is the perfect meal!

•  BROCCOLI & MUSHROOM WITH OYSTER SAUCE

This is an exceptionally flavourful dish as the broccoli isn't too hard, the texture is just right, the carrot and mushroom add on to the sweetness and the whole dish is well accompanied by the oyster sauce. This is such a healthy and comforting dish!

• CURRY CHICKEN & POTATO

Do you agree that Curry Chicken can never go wrong because it is a dish that is loved by many! If you are someone that cannot take spice very well, don't worry as the spice level for this dish is mild-spicy! There is a generous amount of chicken and potato, more than enough for everyone!

Sweet and Sour Fish is the perfect dish to be served during a gathering or party because it has a flavor profile that everyone will love and the visual appearance of this dish brings out a festive mood! Its amazing duality of tastes will excite your taste buds!

• NATIONAL DAY EDITION PASTRY (CONSISTS OF MINI ECLAIRS & KOPI MACARONS)

If you love pastries, this is definitely for you! The Filling of the Kopi Macarons brings out a familiar coffee flavor and it is very moist and chewy. On the exterior surface, it has a smooth, crisp shell and I love how the macarons are in the color of red and white which symbolizes our Singapore flag! Also, not forgetting the Mini Eclairs which are in Bandung flavor! Just on your first bite, you will be able to taste the soft custard filling with its pastry submerged in Bandung flavor!  You can never have enough of both Mini Eclairs and Kopi Macarons!

Personally, I really love Agar Agar and this Rose Agar Agar makes me love Agar Agar even more! It is such a refreshing dessert that everyone can enjoy after feasting together! It isn't overly sweet and doesn't the appearance of it resembles the Red Tortoise Cake?
