FAQ

1. Who is eligible?
   Anyone is eligible. Simply provide your name and working email address to participate in the draw.
2. When will the results be announced?
   The results will be announced on the last day of the month, and the winner will be notified via registered email within 7 days of the result.
3. How do I claim the prize?
   Email us the receipt of your catering to sales@foodline.sg, and we would reimburse you based on the total cost as indicated in the invoice.
4. Can I use the voucher for caterers which are not on FoodLine?
   Yes, the voucher can be used on all caterers including caterers which are not listed on FoodLine.
5. How many times can the voucher be claimed?
   You can use your voucher until it is depleted.

   Example: If your catering costs $300 and your voucher is $500, then after you have claimed the first time, your voucher will be left with $200. The remaining $200 can still be used to claim for the 2nd catering.

6. Can the voucher be used to claim for a catering which has passed?
   Your voucher can only claim for catering which happens during or after the draw month, and not before the draw.

   Example: If you won the lucky draw for Aug 2013, you can use the voucher to claim for catering which happens from 1st Aug 2013 onwards.

7. Is there any expiry date on when I have to use the voucher?
   No, there is no expiry date. You can come back any time to claim for your catering later.
