Bob the Baker Boy

Return customer, cake is cute and just nice for 2 pax!

Returned as a customer to try a different flavour. If you like pistachio, can give it a try!

Ordered for a last minute event and able to accommodate to the order. Cake is small but great for a gift! Flavour of the cake Ondeh Ondeh is nice.

Cake arrived in good condition! Very yummy and parents loved the cake too as its not too sweet. Will order again next time!

Very cute mini brownie cake but i think i misunderstood the catalogue. The mini cake cannot possibly feed 8 to 15 persons. Everyone thought it was very pretty and cute but may not be value money.

Party at my relative place. Brownie cake was amazing good. Chocolate log cake was just normal taste. Delivery was good. Packaging was presentable toom great message on the box!

Ordered and indicated self-collection at 9pm. Arrived at the location at 9pm but realized an access card is required to access the lift area to the shop. Tried texting and calling via calls and WhatsApp but couldn’t reach them at all. Googled and found another number, but that didn’t work either. Even tried leaving a message on Instagram. We drove around the area trying to find another entrance, but all required an access card. Decided to just wait at the car exit area until 10pm since we indicated cake collection time from 9-10pm. Finally, after waiting for 44 minutes, we saw someone exiting the building. We stopped her, and luckily she was from the bakery. Finally, someone passed us the cake after waiting for so long. Reached home, opened the cake, and was shocked to see how small it was. The order description stated it serves 8-15 people, which felt misleading.

Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of clear instructions on how to access the shop and the inability to reach anyone for help were unacceptable. The size of the cake was a major letdown and did not match the description provided. The cake was about the size of my husband’s palm. We felt both inconvenienced and deceived. We hope the bakery will address these issues to prevent other customers from going through the same ordeal.

The printing is great! I'm very satisfied, like it luv luv luv. The cake shop's staff was patient in answering my questions and help with my requirement, luv~
The cake sponge not too sweet, and the size of the cake is just too nice for 3 person.

Good packing service. Comes with candle and knife. With such small cake, a short message still possible! Chose flexi delivery and received it before noon. Thumbs up

Party pack is beautifully packed and is presentable as a gift. However, the size of each item is much smaller than expected.
