Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

- All cancellations must be made at least 2 working days (for Standard cakes) and at least 3 working days (for all cakes with designs) prior to and excluding date required (Sat-Sun & Public Holidays not included).

- Must a customer wish to cancel the cake order less than the days required notice for cancellation (2 working days for standard cakes & 3 days for cakes with designs) and the cake has been paid in full, but not yet delivered, only 50% of the total amount of the cake will be refunded as a cancellation surcharge.

- Cancellation surcharge equivalent to 50% of total amount due will be required if customer fails to give proper notice for cancellation of cake orders.

- Forward all amendments and cancellation arrangements to any outlet on Sundays or Public Holidays.
