Notes: Durian Policies
- All Durian Products are highly recommended to be consumed immediately. Kindly keep product in a FREEZER to avoid spoilage rather than at room temperature if consuming at a later time. Do thaw inside fridge 1-2 hours before consumption/ cake slicing as products will be very hard.
- Durian products are good for consumption for at least 1-3 days from date of purchase/ delivery granted that product is in same condition as when it was received and stored properly in freezer.
- Emicakes ensures high production standards quality of all its Durian products. Any mishandling of the product on the consumers' end will not be entertained once proven by the circumstances presented.

- Cake colour and decorations may vary slightly from actual product due to photo to screen resolution discrepancies.
- Additional instructions/ changes unlisted are subject to: price quotation (non-standard design); price adjustments/ extra charge (Standard cake- for e.g. trimmings, base colour, additional/lesser chocolates or toppings) subject to approval by Emicakes.
- Additional accessories on listed cake designs, toys and other cake toppers are available while stocks last. Emicakes reserves the right to change these decorations/toys/ colours/etc without prior notice.

Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made at least 2 working days (for Standard cakes) and at least 3 working days (for all cakes with designs) prior to and excluding date required (Sat-Sun & Public Holidays not included).

- Must a customer wish to cancel the cake order less than the days required notice for cancellation (2 working days for standard cakes & 3 days for cakes with designs) and the cake has been paid in full, but not yet delivered, only 50% of the total amount of the cake will be refunded as a cancellation surcharge.

- Cancellation surcharge equivalent to 50% of total amount due will be required if customer fails to give proper notice for cancellation of cake orders.

- Forward all amendments and cancellation arrangements to any outlet on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Changes to Orders
All amendments must be made at least 2 working days (for Standard cakes) and at least 3 working days (for all cakes with designs) prior to and excluding date required (Sat-Sun & Public Holidays not included).
