This is a e voucher purchase. I like that we have the option to send to recipient phone number as I received it before and was send to email and I find it very troublesome to keep accessing the email to look for it while searching via text is much easier

Love the convenience of sending the evouchers and there are many locations for recipients to redeem the gifts from!

Overall service was great and acceptable. Understand due to current Covid situation, most of us are working from home. Suggest FoodLine to update the collection site for physical vouchers if collection cannot be done from Paya Lebar Square. I was only informed after making the purchase. As the new collection site is inconvenient for me, FoodLine have provided a free delivery of the physical vouchers to my place. Thanks FoodLine for the free delivery of physical vouchers.

I received the voucher link in less than 10mins! It was also very easy to use the voucher system too. Thumbs up!

E-voucher was well-received by the recipients and can be delivered almost instantaneously. Recommended and will likely purchase again for future event.

The ordering and gifting process is easy. But it would be good to allow the value of the voucher to be customised.

The evouchers were extremely easy to buy.. and the current promo was fantastic.
the ability to send individual recipients at different days, instead of bulk send is good.
a nice touch will be to inform the buyer that if a certain evoucher has been used. i think this should be a fairly easy set up to incorp into the system. this will enable us to remind our receipients that their 6mth is approaching soon

Vouchers were prepared in timely manner, the first and main contact person was very helpful, answered all my queries and organised it well for me. Chose to pick up as I was close to the pick up point in Serangoon and sadly that was the let down for me. They requested for heads up on the timing as I was unable to call the landline. Gave an ETA 2 hours before, then a specific time 40min before and when I arrived but was left waiting for 20min. Even texted someone to get them to call the number I was told to ring if no one responded to my text and no one answered. Doesn’t help that the 20min wait resulted me being drenched in the rain when I could have gotten home in that time. That being said, vouchers are great and can’t dampen this joyous occasion.

Fuss free and prompt customer service response on whatsapp to reply to all your query and can even make the booking for you, you just have to click in the link and make payment.

Ordering the items is very easy, but would be helpful to be able to customise the value of the vouchers
