I bought the e-vouchers for my son's full month and I would like to mention that the service is pretty straight forward but the best part is that it's fuss free. I also like the part where my recipients can go ahead and redeem something they prefer rather than the traditional full month cake menu as they are of a younger crowd. Will recommend to tech savvy users!

Fast delivery of the vouchers. Hope my recipients know how and where to redeem them. Only quip is that the print values go by the names e.g. joyous and blissful, rather than the value so as cash redemption my recipients might forgot how much to redeem for. Also days nothing about whether it is for full month or 100 days.

Wow, very fast drlivery. I like that it had an e-delivery option which is so useful in the recent times to avoid the Covid clusters and crowds. I have yet to see how it pans out for my recipients, e.g. whether they need additional delivery fees, so fingers crossed!

It is simple and convenient to use. The process can be completed quite fast. The only exception is that i cannot customize the sms message.

E-Vouchers were so convenient for both me and my recipients. As for the physical Vouchers, they arrived within the stipulated time frame and in good condition.

It was an easy process. We just had to select our preferred option, add to cart, make payment and it was done. Friends' contact details could be uploaded afterwards via an Excel document which made it convenient and the system showed us which ones had been sent and which hadn't yet. Only thing was that when sending out, the loading page was a bit slow and in my haste, I clicked 'send' again - as a result, some of our friends received the SMS from Foodline twice and it was confusing. Otherwise, it's a great option especially during Covid times.
