Taking a cue from our popular Strawberry Shortcake, we introduce our mango creation. Soft vanilla sponge sandwich pear slices set in mango puree jelly. Chunks of fresh mangoes top off the decoration. Yum!

On a sponge cake that is laid out line by line and finally rolled to enclose a sweet banana in a layer of fresh cream. A favourite with young and old, the dark bitter chocolate brings out the natural sweetness of the fruit - perfection!
