The Cake Shop

The design and 9inch portion for a guest list of 40 was jus right. All of it was finished with no wastage. The sponge and cream were complemented each other.

The driver is truly ridiculous. I asked him just put the cake on top of my shoes cabinet will do. He insisted to force me check the cake. Then he opened the cake box by himself and brought it in front me and forced me to check. The most disgusting thing is he keeps grumbling, nagging and complaining while open the cake and showed in front me and closed the cake without wearing a mask! Who knows whether his saliva got spread inside the cake. Who give him the permission to open customer's cake?! For example, if today, one driver open your parcel and ask you to check the contents, what is your feel? Moreover he keeps grumbling until he left! He really spoilt my mood! Very unpleasant experience! But the Customer Services is really good, responsible and helpful.

It was my first time ordering from Foodline and The Cake Shop and it was a positive experience. I made an enquiry to the Foodline customer service officer to check if the cake could be delivered within 3 days and she ended up submitting the order for me.

The cake arrived punctually and it was intact with no damage to the artwork.
It was a surprise for my son and he loved the Pokemon art.
Cake was light and not super sweet but the blue cream was a tad too thick and buttery. Overall, the cake was nice.

Not my first time buying cake from them. I am a loyal customer. But this is the first time I tried their delivery service. Everything is awesome. Cake is also very pretty.

The cake shop make our design more nicer and the cake is delicious. Less sweet and fresh.
This was my second time ordering with them.
Worthy and recommended.

The cake received was exactly the same as what was seen on the menu over the webpage. I am satisfied with the order and the delivery was also according to the specified delivery timing.

The cake was really really well designed and customer service was really good! They used strawberry jam though and was actually expecting some strawberries. But overall still tasted nice.

My girl loves this Pikachu cake for her birthday celebration in school! Glad to know from the teacher that everyone enjoyed having the cake.

The cake is beautiful. The size is just right for a small party. The chocolate cake tastes good too.

Was redirected frm The Cake Shop to Foodline to change the delivery timing. The contact # on The Cake Shop website not able to get connected n when staff answer they give excuse n hang up. Whatsapp also was not help full. But got it sorted out by helpful staff from foodline. The cake was very beautiful. Kids enjoyed smashing the cake. But the chocolate top was overly sweet. The kids wouldn't eat after 2 mouths. Sponge and filling was jus right. Overall I'll still recommend as fun for the kids.
