Twenty Grammes

In my opinion, cake was too sweet and the delivery staff was unbelievable. Overall was an unpleasant experience.

It was very disappointed when we received the cake.
End up the cake has all the cracking looking on top.

It doesn't look fresh and you can taste all the Icey inside the cake. Which I think the baker previously overnight the cake in the frozen. When slicing the cake, the whole crepe of cake came out easily 1 by 1. As for the taste of the cake doesn't taste good as well

It doesn't worth the money to order this cake.

It was the most disappointing cake delivery we had ever had for a birthday party. We paid extra for the early delivery at 12 noon only for the delivery to be delayed by almost 2 hours at 1355 hrs!!!
There was also no prompt by Twenty Grammes on the late delivery and we had to call and message continuously . We were then informed that the first driver had damaged the cake and there had to be another trip made to resend another cake. Cake was finally delivered close to 2 pm and some of my guests had left as they could not wait anymore.
If the above was not bad enough, the Swan decor on the cake fell damaging the cake even before we blew the candles on the cake. Clearly the base and sponge of the cake was too light for the heavy swan to stay.
It was a ruined birthday party for my girl and guests!

The food was delivered within the timeframe, but the taste of the cake can be better (ondeh2 flavor).

The unicorn cake I ordered was oos and replaced by something else. The delivery time was messed up - your staff suggested the timing of 11-1pm 4 May (instead of 8-10pm 3 May originally) but they messed up the timing. Our guests had to wait around for the cake and the entire experience was marred. Never again.

The cake is not too sweet but can't really taste the salted caramel.
