Cake is very pretty looking, looks good when taking photos. But the taste can be improved. The taste is too sweet and dense.

Macarons is too sweet and too small. Taste needs to improve too.

The driver called to inform they would be late because of heavy rain. Very good service

The follow up service was good and you get quick response on your enquiry.

The cake was dwliveres timely and it was impressive.

Delivery was on time. Requested for stars and they did it (thanks). Easy and attentive communication via sms. The cake was nice and everyone loved the fudgy chocolate. Jolene liked the cake decor very much.

We bought a 2-tiered cake and macarons for our son's birthday. Everything was communicated via WhatsApp. White spatula was quite prompt in their response. Once we told them the theme, they were able to make suggestions in the right colours to match the theme.

Room for improvement: Delivery was supposed to be between 930 -1030am but it only arrived at 11+am. Also, it would be nice if they could inform us what's on the cake, such as "happy birthday" sign, the age number, any candles provided etc. In the end there was no candles so we had to find a candle for my son to blow.

Kids was happy and like the cake when I opened the box but was disappointed that the word “Happy Birthday” is not there although I had requested for it.
