iCake Creative

The cake was soft and moist, and well taken by our guests. Just nice, not too sweet. The service guy was also very friendly and helpful.

Did my order on the 15th Oct for delivery on the 20th Oct. Selected the timing for delivery around 6.30pm.

Order went thru and moments later, I was texted to inform me that icreative had received my order and that any changes would have to be arranged with them.

All seemed fine and well until on the 19th Oct, I received a call from the shop telling me that my order cannot be delivered at 6.30pm as she has this function and all. Alternate timing would be 1pm or 7.30pm-8pm.

Asked about the delivery schedule and she mentioned that she has a delivery at 7pm at Yishun and that depending on traffic, she might reached 7.30 or 8. (cakes came in at 7.45pm)

Things that were really disappointing:

1) Last min notification to the delivery timing even though order was put thru several days back

2) Functions and delivery at Yishun at 7pm seemed more important than my delivery which was scheduled at 6.30pm

3) Wording on oreo cake did not happen even though she called me to confirm the wordings to pipe on cake

Other than logistics, the cake was fine and hence it salvaged what would have been a rage review.

Might want to proceed if timing is not of the essence or this is for a party.

Big surprise for both our birthday girls, they love it. The cake is so beautiful, spongy soft, not too sweet, taste just right

Cake is very pretty but taste is a little artificial.

Nice cake. Good and responsive seller. All the children like the cake and is not too sweet.

Cake is nice and good looking. My friend likes the cake so much. However, it costs me $8 to put wording on the cake.

Ordered the unicorn flora cake for my daughter's birthday celebration at school. Taste good and beautiful rainbow colored filling.

Very nice and beautiful cake which my gal and her friends love it very much! They finish the whole cake in 20 mins with 16 little peoples!
