The food was just good enough to meet my expectations and it was up to the standards of ministry of health.

The food and service is up to my expectations. Hope to see more varieties dishes coming up daily for tingkat dinner.

The food caterer was punctual. My extended family were very happy with the food ordered. They love the Eclair and also the Broccoli with Abalone. This caterer does not charged GST too. Pricing is reasonable and good.

Variety and portion pretty decent. But no please, no more kangkong, bean sprouts and la la. When these 3 dishes provided, it's almost always high food wastage.

Food Arrived at 5PM. Requested time was 6PM. Delivery guy was apologetic and tried his best to provide me with additional fuel so that the food can last till 10pm.
The food quantity was not enough for 30 pax. The Hong Kong noodle was tasteless. Honeydew was super sweet and thick milky taste. almost more than half the pot left.
Also, made remarks for caterer to contact me on the color theme requested but no one contacted me at all.
Also, no tablecloth provided, just plastic sheet for the table with skirtings.

Dishes were nice home cooked style. Tasty and healthy. My parents were happy with the menu and decided to renew Robert Catering.

Food is delicious with the $13.9 value. Many friends said dishes is good.

Arrived in time. Not too early so that food is kept warm.

Improvement needed : yam paste not very yammy

Hopefully can provide water heat pad so that the food can kept warm for a long time

I love Robert Catering food. The portions are quite big too. Food is good too. Will get from Robert Catering with future birthday orders. Thank you.

Good communication on delivery timing. Able to accept last minute order (2 days before event). Guests liked the fried rice and curry chicken. Fried rice amount was generous. Tempura prawns ran out after one serving each. The same for cereal fish. Felt like there wasn’t enough although I ordered for sufficient pax. 9 course but that included packet drinks and 2 desserts so effectively only 6 course including rice. Broccoli abalone dish was good compared to broccoli dishes from other caterers before. Charged extra $20 for CBD delivery on top of $35 delivery which makes it’s less value for money

I order dinner for 3 pax. The food and service is ok to our expectation. Hope to see more exciting dishes like curry and assam dishes.
