The fish taste weird, curry is quite good though. portion is small.
and most importantly, customer service is not responsive

Delivery and pickup were late. Tacky set up, package comes without food tags, no tea -delivered 2 coffees instead. so mislabeled.

Ordered for rice but wasn't given rice for 3 days.
Promised to provide extra dish but didn't receive the next day. Service recovery can be better.

Food was edible, some days good, some days you get just fishball or just sausage with pepper as a dish. You get what you pay for with the price. Service was terrible. Never ever rang the doorbell upon leaving at the door around 4pm for dinner, resulting in food being spoilt from being left out an hour or two even though we were home. That or the food was already spoilt upon delivery, you decide. Feedbacked to please ring the doorbell after DAY ONE of service but not once throughout THIRTY DAYS of service was the doorbell rung.

Portion is not enough to be shared for 2 pax. Repetitive soup menu. Certain food tastes bland. Be wary of vegetable dishes, happened 3 times where by it came sour and inedible, have to throw away.

Good for the price point. Affordable.

Was disappointing and a big embarrassment and humiliation for my family as I have ordered 30 pax. But food was short of the 2 most expensive one- abalone broccoli and cereal prawn. Food wasn’t sufficient only fried rice was left a lot. The side dishes was enough even to cater for 16 people who came. Will no order from this caterer again. I will not recommend. I will tell all my friends to avoid this caterer.
Also, event time was 11.30am. Food arrived at only 2pm. My guest also all left.

???? Have you heard of ordering a buffet menu for 25 pax but the caterer never include drink ? ???? +Robert Catering is totally blacklisted by me ❌ This will be my 1st & the LAST time I’m ordering from this caterer! ⛔️ Order with them at your own risk ⚠️

???? 1) Super-Late ! No punctuality ~ Caterer supposed to arrive to set up the buffet at 7pm at my place. By 7pm, all my guests have arrived but the caterer only arrived to set-up the buffet at 7.40pm

???? 2) Stingy on the burners ~ This is the first time I saw the caterer only put 1 burner for each long tray of dish. Usually supposed to be 2 burners for each tray of dish.
The food took super-long to heat up especially the curry.
The fire on the burner is weak ???? OMG ????
For those with 2 trays of food in one set-up, only 1 pathetic lousy burner to heat up both sides of the food. Impossible ! One side of the food will definitely get cold. When I called up the caterer to question about the burner, the caterer insisted only 1 burner for each tray of dish is enough ????
To wait for all the food to warm-up, my guests can only eat ard 9pm !!!!! ????

???? 3) Pathetic misery serving of food ~ I have ordered food for 25 pax but I though the food served to me is for 15 pax ????

???? 4) NO DRINKS GIVEN !!!!! ~ This one is totally unforgivable.
I was appalled when I saw there was NO Drinks. I thot the caterer has forgotten about my Fruit Punch but the deliverer said don’t have. When I called up the caterer, the staff Joanne informed me this shocking news “ My Christmas Buffet Menu has NO Drinks !” I was speechless , I ordered the most expensive Christmas Buffet Menu from them and I have no drinks for my guests. I remember when calling them to order, I was told there will be Fruit Punch by default. Lucky recently I have ordered 2 boxes of Apple Juice from Japan ????
Becos I said I wanna complain then the caterer sent me fruit punch when all my guests already eaten finish

???? 5) Quality & standard of food only average ~
Wheat Prawn is dry / Curry is sweet / Fried Sotong ball no sauce provided even though caterer said will have sauce /
Sweet & Sour Fish is the worse , dry fish with tomatoes thickener / Mango Pudding only have bits & small pieces mostly sweet water / Fruit Tarts only so-so

???? 6) Disappointing & unprofessional service ~ I never expect top-notch excellent service but I’m left with embarrassment to face my guests. Food arrived late + Not enough food + No drinks + Average-tasting food … it was supposed to be a Holly Jolly Merry Christmas Partay to spread some cheers & happiness ???? Ho Ho Ho !

Ordered 3 dish 1 soup with rice for tingkat. 1st day came 4 dish and no rice. feedback to them with a response saying will add 1 dish.

subsequent 3 out of 10 days came without rice.

food taste normal. soup is salty. everyday taste like water add salt.

Initially, my order was made on a monday, which was a public holiday off in lieu. My order was only accepted on wednesday after I contacted foodline chat services twice to query about the delay in the caterer accepting the order.

On the day itself, the food arrived earlier than expected which wasn't a bad thing. But I'm not sure if it is because of the travelling time on the road or because the food arrived earlier and it was left sealed until the meal time started that caused the vegetable dish to become sour.
The broccoli and mushroom dish had a sour smell to it and upon tasting it, it was really spoilt, broccoli had a sour taste. Fyi, this dish was stated as recommended.
Called the caterer and was told that the kitchen was closed for the day. Was told to send a whatsapp to state the issue and that someone will get back to me on the next day, which was a sunday.
It wasn't until I sent a whatsapp again on sunday at 1134am before i received a call at 1210pm from one of the staff.

Summary, a refund for the veg plus some complimentary pastries will be send to me again. A followup call was supposed to be done for arranging the delivery of the pastries, but since sunday till now, I've not hear anything from the caterer, even after I've whatsapp my conversation with the staff to their phone number.

TBH, service recovery is very poor. The whole experience with this caterer left a very bad impression. Even if they were to follow up again, i will not recommend to order from them..

No rice provide for multiple time, and same dishes come in once, have replaced dish for next day, but its not a good experience having 4 dishes without rice.

Most of the time with same dishes.

Lunch come at 11+pm , abit late for me.
