The food and service was up to my expectations and looking forward to have a long term order from them.

The food is delicious, with a good variety of dishes every day. The portions are generous, and the meals always arrive on time. It’s very convenient for my family, especially on busy weekdays. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and service.

The delivery is always on time. Aside from the consistency of food quality, loving the prompt responsive service from the admin staff and also the well communicating delivery person.

Food was good, not the first time ordering from Robert Catering. In particular, I love the Hong Kong Noodle and butter prawn. Will definitely order again in future.

Experience with Robert Cathering - Positive and good experience. They do not charge GST so am booking their food for my relatives. Curry chicken is super nice too.

Some of the items food portions a little less, so if taken more than a piece not enough. Dessert portions is fair l. Food taste ok though a tad salty.

In all, everything is ok except make a change of my chicken orders to curry chicken instead. The curry chicken was very salty.

I really appreciate this caterer—the food is always tasty and the portions are generous. As a working mother, it really helps me save time after work so I can still properly feed my family without the stress of cooking every day. I’m truly grateful for this.

Just a small note regarding delivery: it would be really helpful if the delivery person could avoid hanging the food on the gate handle. My gate is pet-friendly, and when the food is hung there, it becomes quite difficult for me to open the gate without risking the bag falling.

I’ve even placed a bench outside for convenience, but it still sometimes gets hung on the gate handle 😅 (slaps forehead moment). I’d really appreciate if this could be communicated to the delivery team.
