The food wasn't fresh. I very disappointed with the food this time.
We are a great supporter of Foodline, but this time order with this store really disappointed.
The portion is good, but the food wasn't fresh.
The chicken ( curry chicken ) with bad smell.
The Beehoon left 90% which tasteless.
Fried Fish & Prawn still eatable.
The Mix vege ( brocolli & Califlower ) tasty.

The setup was done on time and food tasted OK. The only thing which was not up to our expectation was that the quantity of food was insufficient. We ordered for 75 pax and from the looks in the picture, perhaps it was enough for 50? In the end, the food ran out and more guests were coming, so we had to order more from fast food companies to compensate for the shortfall.

The customer service staff was responsive and did take our feedback into consideration and shared that they will make up for the shortfall.

Overall, the food was delicious and the delivery and presentation was great! Will definitely order again

Overall, the food was acceptable for old folks. Indicated non spicy but some of the dishes delivered had some chilli on them.

The food is abit bland esp. the wheat prawns and honey trumpets. The chicken itself is not seasoned.
The food seems lesser than what was ordered.

Food delivery setup was on time and driver did the setup nicely. Food taste good but portion was slightly little . Would have been great if portion wise can be improve. Overall still a good and fuss free experience. Curry vegetables was yummy with the bee hoon.

Caterer was very helpful in adjusting order numbers based on customer requirements. Delivery was very reliable; person in charge arrived earlier to ensure no delay due to rain. Appreciate caterer’s reliability.
