I really appreciate this caterer—the food is always tasty and the portions are generous. As a working mother, it really helps me save time after work so I can still properly feed my family without the stress of cooking every day. I’m truly grateful for this.

Just a small note regarding delivery: it would be really helpful if the delivery person could avoid hanging the food on the gate handle. My gate is pet-friendly, and when the food is hung there, it becomes quite difficult for me to open the gate without risking the bag falling.

I’ve even placed a bench outside for convenience, but it still sometimes gets hung on the gate handle 😅 (slaps forehead moment). I’d really appreciate if this could be communicated to the delivery team.

Frankly, the food is not to my liking (too much fried dishes, soup is too salty). But still edible, might be acceptable to some. The delivery has some serious issues. Missed out twice, deliver when I've given instructions to skip, and delivery man kept denying that he missed out on the delivery. Fortunately, the liaison person (I think her name is Joanne) mitigated the issue and make up for the missed deliveries. I won't comment that Robert Catering is a bad caterer, but definitely not as good (in terms of food quality, delivery standards) as some that I have tried.

Have been ordering tingkat from Robert Catering. So far so good, my family enjoy all their dishes. Please keep it up.

The food was good and definitely value for money. Delivery man was courteous and friendly. The other dishes were good and tasty and not salty.

We liked the food and also their delivery service. Their curry chicken dish and yam paste dessert were very yummy. We were very happy to get 2 trays of fried noodle, very well sufficient for 15 adults.

I ordered this lunch for my aunt who hurt her back so she cannot go out to buy food so decided to try this 30 days tingkat for her.
The food seems not bad and have a variety of different food everyday.
There was once a mistake delivered but the issue was rectified immediately when I text them.
I can say their service is good.
I will recommend to try this tingkat if you need to order lunch or dinner.

Food was delicious, with generous portions. The only issue faced was that the driver is only able to deliver to yishun at 6+ which is very late compared to other caterers.

Great food! Family members and friends also praised the delicious food! The prawn paste chicken and Orn nee are nice.

Postitive: Service and delivery was prompt.
Negative: Curry chicken box broke when delivered and gravy flowed out. Booked for 25paxs but quantity felt more for 15paxs. Food quality and quantity didnt justify for the value and we had to add on our own dishes (see attached photo) . No cutleries / trash bag provided either.
