Food is acceptably ok - good. On service, there have been mistakes made which is unusual for a caterer. The 'mistakes' made in administration have been rectified having been informed. However, it is good to note that mistakes made (repeatedly) in simple ordinary administration can put off the customer - i.e., losing the customer due to the hassle.

Hope there is more portion and generousity for 1 pax. Food is cheap and nice. There is more room for improvement. Thanks

I like the early delivery (4.30pm). Food is not salty and is the dry type which suits me very well. But of late provided the same type of vegetables, chicken, potatoes. I attribute this to the supply and demand. The dishes are very simple and not for fussy eaters.

This is the first time with this caterer. The food and service are generally acceptable. No complaints to date although it is noted that the food portions are smaller than the previous caterer.

It will be better if there is more food portion for 1 pax, as I feel there is not enough food. More is better.

Initially, my order was made on a monday, which was a public holiday off in lieu. My order was only accepted on wednesday after I contacted foodline chat services twice to query about the delay in the caterer accepting the order.

On the day itself, the food arrived earlier than expected which wasn't a bad thing. But I'm not sure if it is because of the travelling time on the road or because the food arrived earlier and it was left sealed until the meal time started that caused the vegetable dish to become sour.
The broccoli and mushroom dish had a sour smell to it and upon tasting it, it was really spoilt, broccoli had a sour taste. Fyi, this dish was stated as recommended.
Called the caterer and was told that the kitchen was closed for the day. Was told to send a whatsapp to state the issue and that someone will get back to me on the next day, which was a sunday.
It wasn't until I sent a whatsapp again on sunday at 1134am before i received a call at 1210pm from one of the staff.

Summary, a refund for the veg plus some complimentary pastries will be send to me again. A followup call was supposed to be done for arranging the delivery of the pastries, but since sunday till now, I've not hear anything from the caterer, even after I've whatsapp my conversation with the staff to their phone number.

TBH, service recovery is very poor. The whole experience with this caterer left a very bad impression. Even if they were to follow up again, i will not recommend to order from them..

Delivery come on time and service is good. affordable price and nice food. will recommended to friend and will order again.

The good taste good. The stir fried mee sua is pipping hot when arrived. The other dishes were still warm. This is the first time I came across food for mini buffet without setting is hot and warm when arrived. Also the food were sent to meet on the dot. Not a minute late or early. Everyone enjoys the food. The only thing is the portion is very small. I ordered 11 for crowd of 6 which aren't big eater. The food is enough with not much left. I always order 10 for the same crowd, there is a lot left for packing. Though the price is not expensive but need to order more, so not really value for money

The food is generally good, just that it could be improved by increasing the portion of 1 pax food..
