No rice provide for multiple time, and same dishes come in once, have replaced dish for next day, but its not a good experience having 4 dishes without rice.

Most of the time with same dishes.

Lunch come at 11+pm , abit late for me.

Food is generally okay. Maybe can have more portion for 1 pax, not enough to fill tummy of an adult male.

Food portion little for 2 pax. not exobitant price though. reasonable.
unlike some catering daylight robbery charge half thousand dollars

Good Varieties of Food, rare repeating of food served since the beginning. Service prompt & reliable.

Food is generally good. Portion not enough occasionally. Repeated customer, will continue relationship with them.

1) I appreciate FoodCon giving Beehoon and Nasi Lemak as most caterers always give rice only.
2) I also appreciate FoodCon yielding to my request to cut all the food into smaller pieces as my elderly relative requires great help in this area.
3) Overall, I am also happy to find a caterer that caters food for 30 days, instead of the usual 20 days - I can renew at longer periods.

The customer service was very good but food quality can be better. Delivery was mostly late on a daily basis.

Not to my expectations,brought for my mum. To my understanding she’s not a fussy person. But she complain to me food mostly fried stuff,and processed food like hot dog fish cakes,1or 2 days they come with fried mee or bee Hoon may be better but overall the portion very less as per feed back,fried food a lot, CNY no delivery also no inform in advance..my mum suffer from hunger. And after that still inform me my tingkat going to end but actually they skip few days no delivery yet still count in

Admin was prompt but delivery supposed to come between 11am to 12noon but came early at 10am+. In addition, deliveryman just left at the door for 2 days in a row. Lastly, ordered for 5 days but they told us that last 2 days cannot deliver due to CNY peak! We are still waiting for refund for that 2 days which i did not receive! Food was so so only Will not order again!

Food is pretty delicious at an affordable price! Good variety of food.
Delivery on time too and their customer service is excellent.
