Been using this caterer for almost a year and the price keep increasing, so please have more varieties to keep existing customer.

Food and service up to expectation. A balance choice of dishes everyday though a little oily for some dishes.

Portions not enough on a consistent basis, and not as appetizing as home cooked style of cooking, hence left a bit unsatisfied. Vegetables had sour aftertaste, not to our liking.

The food portion seems still okay for 2 pax. The meal was delivered on time. overall still acceptable.

Food was satisfactory. Portioning of food is a little lesser than others. Overall value for money.

Food is okay, not too salty or oily, like home cook food. The dishes' variety is good. Soups are good. However there was one incident when the food delivered without acknowledging us, food was left outside our door for 2 hours before we realized the food was already delivered. Communicate with the caterer, they ring the doorbell when they leave the food outside our house.

Very used to their cooking styles and we can feel the difference recently with the way their dishes were cooked. More consistency now. A big upgrade definitely! I think the prices also differs (higher)! Anyways, a customer spoke about the sour vegetables and yup, there’s major difference now. I noticed the food comes way early for my sector, like 4pm, so we got to rush to eat before 7pm, if possible.

Excellent service. Food is also generally good except for occasional days. Variety and portion size was generous. Delivery was on time.

This is the 1st time that I encounter non-delivery for a tingkat service. I ordered 4 dishes. But i received 3 dishes 1 soup on the 1st day instead. Feedback to the caterer to take note of the mistake. Then, a few weeks later, on 4 June 2021, I did not receive the tingkat at all. Had to cook instant noodles to eat instead. Very bad experience. I have tried many tingkat caterers, this has never happened before.

Wont order from them again. Presentation is bad. Food is not tasty and its really disappointing. Will write them off and not order from them again.
