Flavorful Porridge with Great Service Reviewed on 26th Jan 2026 Verified Purchase I recently tried the Dried Scallop Sliced Fish with Fish Roe Porridge, and it was a delightful experience. The porridge had a rich, comforting flavor, with the dried scallop adding depth and the fish roe giving bursts of umami. The sliced fish was ... More fresh, tender, and cooked just right, complementing the silky texture of the porridge. Portion size was generous and satisfying. Service from the caterer was prompt, friendly, and attentive, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. This dish exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a hearty, flavorful meal from a reliable caterer.
