Im satisfied with the service your company provide. Everyone is happy with the food but there's room for improvement.

Food was generally good, the sweet and sour fish was really good except a few that consist only flour & not much fish meat. The braised tofu is the best, the amount of sauce & vege accompanied with it was good. Spring roll was generally good. The fruit punch was super nice but the amount was too little, guests didn't managed to get enough drinks. Curry Chix, Chef Fried Rice & Loh Han Chye was alright, but could have been better. The mini fruit tarts was very delicious. Love the different varieties of fruits on top of different tarts. The Royal Crystal jelly was very disgusting. It was like rose chendol which was not what I've expected. It would be better if photos of how the food looks like be shown so we can order accurately. However above all, I really think the standard of service is top notch! When I asked when am I suppose to return, they actually said that they will collect next morning to allow me to enjoy! Our 2nd time ordering. Tried new dishes. Mee Siam goreng, Thai baked fish, butter prawns and bo bo cha cha. All good but not the bo bo cha cha. The yam tasted weird.
Overall ALL SATISFIED!

Guests enjoyed the food and felt that the sweet and sour fish was exceptionally tasty. Portions were either a little small or we had really big eaters at our function. We were however given a generous portion of pineapple rice. Delivery guy came 30 minutes earlier but thankfully the warmers kept the food warm. Service staff was friendly and reassuring.

Caterer is generous in food quantity. Food are delicious, well packed & nicely presented. Delivery man is friendly and punctual.
