AM Chef Catering

Guests enjoyed the food and felt that the sweet and sour fish was exceptionally tasty. Portions were either a little small or we had really big eaters at our function. We were however given a generous portion of pineapple rice. Delivery guy came 30 minutes earlier but thankfully the warmers kept the food warm. Service staff was friendly and reassuring.

Service is not bad. Food gets cold easily though. cream puff is delicious but they missed out on this upon first delivery. Overall satisfied.

Caterer is generous in food quantity. Food are delicious, well packed & nicely presented. Delivery man is friendly and punctual.

The delivery was on time. They came 15 mins earlier to set up.

I ordered Nasi Goreng, Mixed Vegetables, Curry Chix, Sweet & Sour Fish, Potato Samosa, Braised Tofu, Choc Brownie, Sago Honey Dew and Barley Drink.

Portion size is good except for curry chicken which seemed too little for 35 pax. There was sufficient curry sauce but not much chicken and potato pieces inside.

Brownie and Honeydew Sago are enjoyed by my guests. Brownie is rather soft and not dry. Honeydew sago contained a lot of honeydew balls and the milk syrup is not overly sweet. But cannot really find the sago.

My guests also liked the Nasi Goreng which was not too spicy and had a lot of ikan bilis.

More serviettes can be provided as guests may use more than one piece per person. I was only provided with probably only 35 pieces wrapped in cling wrap.

The delivery man came to set up on time, so that the corporate lunch could start exactly at 1 pm sharp. Thank you.

Colleagues commented that the curry chicken was delicious (though they mentioned it would be even better with more potatoes). We toasted bread to eat with the remainder of the curry the next day.

The fried rice was slightly oily. It would be healthier if lesser oil was used.

The sweet and sour fish was very appetizing (very "开胃 " and acted as starter).The braised tofu had vegetables in the dish and with the mixed vegetables dish, provided lots of vitamin C and fibre.

The potato samosa came with tomato and chilli sauces.

The chocolate brownies were a great hit. They were not dry nor cakey and tasted just right.

The sago honey dew was nice too though the sago pearls used was a bit small. Some colleagues feedbacked they did not realize that there were sago pearls in the dessert (too small to be seen).

The orange drink was sweet, but it was not a problem. We simply diluted it with water.

Overall, the food was great and the pricing affordable. Will recommend this caterer to friends.

Generally OK for the food, but portion too little for what we cater for, especially rice.

Very prompt delivery and helpful staff who helped to set up. Good food and will definitely order from them again. So glad they helped to make my housewarming a success.

The Seafood Aglio Olio came smelling alittle sour, so it might have been prepared too long in advance. Please do take note of this as the sour smell was actually quite obvious, so much so that we could smell it even before the aluminium foil was opened.

Other than that, the other food was decent, the salmon is good though, i would recommend that dish.
