The sweet & sour fish is soggy, it’ll be good if the sweet & sour sauce can be given separately.

The curry chicken gravy is too little,it’ll be good if more is given.

The food was generally good. I personally like the fried carrot cake very much. But it was a bit too spicy for the elderly. The flavoured chix winglet is nice and so are the rest of the dishes. Would like to order for small gatherings but the minimum pax makes it quite impossible. Do consider to have this menu under mini-buffet catering of 15-20 pax. Alternatively, order based on individual items. Really like the fried carrot cake. Hope to order again in the near future for my family events.

Delivery came fast & smooth. Nice setup but only bowls were missing for the Honeydew Sago, otherwise all is ok. Guests gave good feedbacks on food. Recommended.

Overall the food is good & value for money but the fried bee hoon is a bit hard & lack of taste.

This is the first time I'm ordering halal buffet, the food is delicious and my guests like it. The caterer was easy to liaise with through email and phone and also replied promptly to my requests. I had guests who were vegetarian and they were able to accomodate with this special request with their vegetarian bento sets.

Food was good and value for money. Will definitely order again next time. Highly recommend!

But the Loh Han Chye can be less salt. Egg is less taste but you mix with the curry gravy is very delicious

Food arrived early and setup time was very fast. Everyone enjoyed the food, especially the Royal Crystal Jelly; Honey Crab Dumpling and Curry Chicken were also very good. Food quantity was sufficient for the number of people at the event, value for money. Would highly recommend this caterer to others, no regrets from this first time ordering from this caterer.

Food were of interesting variety and tastes, compared to the usual catering dishes. Just 2 things to feedback:
1) Collection timing was delayed by more than an hour from the requested time, and as it was a weekend and the event was held at our office premises, we could not stay till so late just to wait for the personnel to come and collect. Luckily one of my colleagues was still around..
2) No food label for the dishes so for a few of them we didn't know what they were.. Luckily they were tasty :)

Other than that, food was very decent and value for money.

Its my 2nd time order with AM chef catering. Overall satisfying. Food is nice but would prefer rice to be softer. Service is good except delivery was half hour late.
