AM Chef Catering

Mutton rendang needs to be more tender and less 'mutton smell'.

Mee Siam, Thai Lychee Fish and Sayur Lodeh were good (more vegetable would be great).

The delivery was punctual and the set-up was done very quickly.
Food was tasty and fresh and it was given a thumbs up by everyone!
It is healthy, with less salt & oil, so this is a good consideration for those holding small parties at home or in the office.

My 2nd time ordering from foodline. Very happy with the service and the reply was prompted and efficient.

Food are good and guest like it very much

Tasty Rice

All the food taste very nice yummy.

The overall taste of the dishes were all quite good. Not too salty. The dishes were generally well-liked by my family. The serving seemed not enough for 25 of us so we bought chicken wings to add on. But the dishes were still worth the price we paid. Will still order from here again as this was quite a good experience. Thank you.

Everyone loves the yummy food! :) Eva who confirmed my order/queries was quick to respond and courteous.

Delivery was early (1 hr ahead, better early than late) and the 2 guys were courteous and set up quickly.

Xmas Snowy Prawn Salad - fresh prawns and not too creamy, Light and fresh

Assorted Ham & Smoked Duck Platter with Tangy Mayo - like the ham that was not too salty

Roasted Turkey Breast with Canberry Sauce Dip - moist, tasteful and succulent

Chezzy Half Shell Scallop with Butter - yummy creamy sauce and q q scallop

Sauteed Broccoli & Cauliflower - green and crunchy

Swedish Meatball with Onion Brown Sauce - firm and came with cut buttons mushrooms below the meatballs, good with white rice!

Oven Grilled Tangy Orange Sauce Fish -
Penne with Chix & Ham Bolognese - moist and al dente

Butter Garlic Raisin Rice - surprisingly not garlicy, and the rice is firm (not soft/marshy) and not too oily

Choc Éclair & Mini Log Cakes - soft and not so sweet; the mini log cake has a cherry in the centre

GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD ARE GOOD ESPECIALLY BUTTER RICE AND POTATO

Like the layout and decoration that came with the food. Food was genrally nice. Love the eclairs. Ordered 30 pax for 30 guests and no leftover.

Cons- requested to change meatball to chicken chop but ended up they delivered meatball. Water tank was leaking.
