Food quality was generally ok. Noted that the plastic boxes were changed to better quality material so previous incidences of cracked boxes were not repeated. There was an occasion when rice were not sent along with the dishes. Have made a complaint ... More to the vendor but no restitution was offered. This is a recurrent problem from the previous order. Seems like the performance of the supply chain/delivery team is lacking control. Improvement needed here.

Variety of the food was excellent and vendor made effort to have different menus each day. Some short-comings though: 1) first delivery came without rice; 2) My entire family suffered serious diarrhea after consuming a dish containing probably ... More expired coconut ingredient (It was a Tuesday and after complaining to the vendor, it was feedback that they had used coconut milk from the prior Saturday!); 3) the plastic containers were quite brittle and on a few occasions came cracked and sauces were leaking in the plastic bag causing a mess. Overall, I felt that the food was quite good but operationally there need quite some improvements.

2nd time ordering. Food is still very delicious and flavourful. Portions decreased a little but still generous. Missed out delivery of lunch a couple of times this month, had to contact them to get them to deliver the lunches.

Dishes were varied and different everyday. Food is tasty and authentic local Malay flavour. Portions were very generous for 2 pax. Good value for money. The customer service was prompt in replies. The daily lunch tingkat was delivered early, before ... More noon consistently. Highly recommended.
