Ah Chiang’s Porridge has been around since 1971 . It has been a household name for most living in the Tiong Bahru area where it first began. Ah Chiang porridge’s uses a very traditional Cantonese way to cook its porridge and its emphasis is using the freshest of ingredients and a secret concoction of soya sauce to bring the best out of every porridge.
