Amici Events And Catering

This is our first time order from Amici Events and Catering and we are glad we did. All the food items were well prepared and packed and came with full set of disposable cutlery and paper napkins. The star item is the Braised Mushroom & Chestnut Rice that everyone enjoyed. The snow peas cooked with carrots and ginger were crunchy. Another fantastic dish was the Angelica Herbal Chicken with Pu’er Infusion that tasted just right and not too salty. The only bit disappointment was the Crispy Seabass with Sweet Garlic & Spicy Sauce but this is so likely because of the delay between the preparation time and eating time that affected the crispiness. The orh nee with gingko nut had just the right sweetness and was a good dessert round up of the entire meal.

The CNY catering was lovely! The caterer was generous with the portions, ordered for 15pax but felt that the food could serve up to 20. Delivery was also on time and everyone enjoyed the dishes. The yam ring in particular was a favourite.

The packing of the food in sealed carton box make it warm and hygiene. Portion of the food is big and generous. All the guests were happy and like the foods. Will order again from the Amici.

Service was good they came on time to set up the food. The food was alright, I like the mushroom rice and honey chicken, Orh nee was too sweet and not a fan of yam dumpling.

The Food Packaging was delivered in Compact Carton Boxes - Very Good and Presentable and was Kept Warm ! Portion for 15pax dining is sufficient for all.

This buffet spread offered a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes that delivered both comfort and flavour. Each item was well-prepared and complemented the others nicely, creating a balanced and enjoyable meal.

The Amici Chef’s Garden Salad was fresh and crisp, providing a light and refreshing start. The Fragrant Wok Golden Fried Rice was aromatic and fluffy, making it a reliable staple that paired well with the mains.

The standout of the entire spread was undoubtedly the Kung Pao Chicken with Cashew Nut. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour, the chicken was tender, savoury, and slightly spicy, with crunchy cashews adding great texture. It was easily the highlight of the meal and the dish everyone kept going back for.

The Baked Basa Fish with Citrus Hollandaise Sauce was light and delicate, with a pleasant tangy note from the sauce. Meanwhile, the Braised Mixed Vegetables and Golden Crispy Tofu with Wasabi Eggless Mayonnaise were comforting and well-seasoned, offering satisfying options for vegetarian diners.

To end on a sweet note, the New York Cheesecake was rich, smooth, and not overly sweet—an excellent way to wrap up the meal.

Overall, this buffet spread was well-executed, flavourful, and thoughtfully balanced. With the Kung Pao Chicken as its star dish, it delivered a memorable and enjoyable dining experience that’s definitely worth recommending.

Appreciate the portion size; my guests also found the ingredients to have sufficient quality, like the king prawns. the cutlery provided was also of good quality- like the tongs and paper cups. such details do make the meal more pleasant.

Overall, the food was good and the portion was generous. The only setback was the à la carte Honey Baked Ham — it was sliced far too thick. I recall the portion being stated as suitable for five people, which was why I ordered two. However, one would easily have been enough for 20 people if it had been sliced at a reasonable thickness.

Food was delectable and presentation was exquisite ! Dried Laksa, Caramel Nut Tart & Cilantro Pesto Chicken were among the favourites.

The food was well received by the guests. The signature dry laksa was really good and tasty, and the roasted root vegetables was nicely seasoned as well. Great job !
