Tremendous Service

A tremendous job done by Amici for my 21st Birthday celebration on Sunday afternoon dated May 2024 . Dicson whom I liase with the most during the preparation was giving a very good service from the start till the day before the event . He replied efficiently to my whatsapp. He gave full attention to every detail that requested . Silam and Myron were highly organized and best they were able to fufil my last min requests even on the day itself . Myron and Silam were there to standby during the event Everything was precisely delivered to what I requested . My guest were amazed with the set up . The team executed beyond my expectations. I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future and definitely recommend my contacts for any events ."Thumbs up for doing a wonderful job! Food was awesome and delicious. Thank you for providing a great memory and everyone is still raving about the food!! A big thank you once again to Amici!

Food quality average. Value for money in terms of quantity.

We ordered mini buffet from Amici during the COVID pandemic period. It was really amazing back then, so we decided to order it for Mother's Day this year. However, this time round, the food was just average. The quality is what you'd expect from any average food caterer. But the food quantity is really value for money. We ordered for 5 pax, and all my family members think it's more suitable for 10 pax.

We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experience with our mini buffet for Mother's Day didn't meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to make such occasions memorable, and we apologize for falling short this time. Your feedback regarding the quality of the food is valuable to us, and we'll definitely take it into consideration to improve our offerings. We're pleased to hear that you found the quantity to be generous, but we apologize if it seemed excessive for your party size. We appreciate your support and hope for the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.

Good food but portion is tiny…

Amazing service, food and deco. Issue is the portion size is small.. we ordered for 30 pax but felt like it was just for 20 when it came…

Huat Arh Yusheng!!

Best Yusheng ever! Very good price for large portion. All ingredients weee very fresh. Plates cutleries and table cloth were all packed neatly and even came with 6 fresh oranges! My colleagues enjoyed it very much.

CNY event on 10th day of CNY at the office.

The food portion is enough for 10 persons.
The Yu Sheng is below expectation. It is towards salty side, the shredded carrots are too little.
Most of us like the prawn and the yam ring.
We find the macaron too sweet though the auspicious word printed on it is a good idea. Would prefer other dessert if given a choice.
The fish is just ordinary fillet fish.
The 2 packets of fried rice is a bit bland and is just fried with egg and a bit of spring onion on it .

The food delivery and packaging is good. They come in a thermal bag and have 2 tongs for common serving of food. Also we are given a red plastic for covering our table and a big rubbish bag. The utensils are exactly for 10 persons no more no less. Likely we have spares of our own to cater for mishaps.

On-time delivery and acceptable food taste

Generally, the food tasted okay except for the stir-fried broccoli which was yellowish and tasted hard and bitter. The food portion was alright for 10 pax. The CNY macarons were of course sweet. It was raining but the delivery was on time.

Pleasant surprise with food quality

Ordered this CNY menu without much expectations since it was quite last minute, but it turned out to be quite good. Guests were quite satisfied with the food overall. Will consider ordering from Amici again.
