More signify Chinese New Year. Food: 1) Fa cai yusheng: delivery man forgot to give us the crispy chips which is the highlight of yusheng, otherwise dish was alright. Rating:3.5/5 2) Fortune platter: consist of fruit salad with clam, fried prawn and fried fish meat with a seafood roll. Think this is the worst dish and a bad choice for catering as the food will never be served warm. Hence it will lose its crispness and turn soggy. Rating:2/5 3) Treasure ginseng chicken: it's hard to go wrong with chicken but this dish lacks the ginseng taste though the chicken taste fine.
