The catering was excellent with a well-balanced menu that catered to diverse tastes.

2. Teochew Olive Fried Rice: Fragrant with a unique olive taste, though slightly dry for some preferences.
3. Cantonese Style Ee Fu Noodle: Well-cooked with a good bite, though it could have used more vegetables for texture.
4. Broccoli with Trio Mushroom: Fresh and cooked just right, with a flavorful superior stock.
5. Bayfront Signature Curry Chicken: Rich and creamy with tender chicken and soft potatoes.
6. Black Pepper Fish Fillets: Savory and tender, with the black pepper flavor shining through.
7. Creamy Buttery Salted Egg Yolk Prawns: Delicious with a balanced salted egg flavor, though the prawns could have been slightly fresher.
8. Grilled Chicken Satay: Juicy and flavorful, with well-matched condiments.
9. Mini Chocolate Éclair & Vanilla Cream Puff: A delightful dessert that ended the meal on a sweet note.

Overall, an impressive catering experience with minor room for improvement in freshness and seasoning balance. Highly recommended!

Ordered the high tea mini buffet for my baby’s 100 days celebration. Guests were happy with the food. Portion for 20pax is generous for the noodles/carbs and just enough for the other dishes. The cheng tng was a hit too! The only downside that we experienced that day is that the disposable plates, fork & spoons provided was small - more like desserts plates, forks & spoons- perhaps can consider to improve this aspect.

However, overall experience is good, may consider to order from this caterer again for other events in future.

This is mini buffet that I will def cater again. Firstly, the price is very budget friendly with a min catering size of 8 pax - just nice for small family gatherings. Portion size is good too! Importantly the items are tasty!

I think it was good that the rice item came in wholegrain too! As there ain’t many who offer that. The delivery guy also explained and went through the food items to ensure that all is delivered.

Food is good and plentiful. Very good follow up from the caterer as well and the delivery driver is very professional and polite. My guests enjoyed the food and I am ordering from them again.

Food Quality:
The dishes were generally acceptable, though opinions varied among the group on which ones stood out. Unfortunately, the rice and noodles were quite bland, the satay was a bit tough, and the curry lacked the rich “lemak” flavor we were expecting.

Portion Size:
The portions were extremely generous—so much so that we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. This is definitely a plus if you’re catering for a large group or prefer having extra food.

Variety:
The menu offered a wide range of options, which was impressive and ensured there was something for everyone.

Delivery:
The deliveryman arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected. While this may work for some, it could be a little inconvenient if you’re not ready to serve the food right away.

Customer Service:
The customer service agent was efficient, prompt, and very helpful in answering my queries.

Overall, while there are areas for improvement in the taste and texture of some dishes, Bayfront Catering offers large portions, great variety, and excellent customer service.

Not many caterers provide 9course for small gathering of 10pax. The food was tasty and good. All food portions are generous. Price was also reasonable. The delivery was on time. My family are happy and will definitely order for future gatherings.

The food arrived on time. All well packed in the thermal bag and the main was a generous portion. Friends love the food and we have a great time enjoying the food. The mini puff and chocolate eclairs was my friends favourite.

First time ordering from this caterer. The delivery timing was on time. All the foods taste okay, only the prawn was misleading from the photo in food line. It come with shell and head which I do not want it.
