Bayfront Catering Services

Second time order from this tingkat. Food wise was ok but a bit oily. Delivery time for lunch sometimes 10am+ sometimes 11am+ sometimes 1pm+. But it’s still within the time frame given.

It’s my third time ordering from them though certain foods are repetitive the one that I had before however they do provide new dish that I had never try before. Overall it’s worth the money.

Great service and variety. I took their lunch at first and loved it so I decided to sign on their dinner as well.

Overall, the food was great! Great portion, I think can feed 3 pax although my order is only for 2 pax. Delivery time is not too early , at around 4.30pm. The only downside is I felt the price abit steep. I ordered the 3 days trial at $45. 20 days I think is at $320 for 2 pax.

Portion was enough for my mama and food was great! Intend to order again. Good services!
Thank you!

The food portion is a lots for 2 person but was too oily.
Delivery time is around 6 -7 pm.
Anyway is value for money.

This is my first time trying this tingkat catering and i can say the food are good and also worth the price

After tried few of caterer this one definitely the best so far
The foods are delicious and generous portion as well

Foodline's customer service was helpful in transferring queries to the caterer. However, was told that cash on delivery was acceptable but caterer said otherwise. The caterer also did not confirm the receipt of the payment nor reply the SMS sent 1.5hrs before the event asking about it, causing us to worry about the arrival of the food. The delivery fee was suspicious as well, as we were told buffet ($50) option was not possible due to Covid-19 and have to be catering ($30) although we were allowed to have the buffet spread chosen. But we had to pay $50 with 2 less dishes and no buffet setup just because the buffet menu was used (dishes are almost the same).

Generally speaking, the food was pretty good. We enjoyed it quite a bit. The delivery service was also consistently prompt and on time and that helps too. Good experience overall and will order again. Customer service also is top notch. Thumbs up!
