My first time ordering tingkat and am happy to choose this caterer. Reviewed on 3rd day of the 5 day package. The delivery time for lunch ranges from 11.30pm to 12pm for my area. Food is nice and tasty not as bland as some reviewers mentioned however have not seen any spicy items yet. Got food cooking feeling and it makes me feel good since i am coop up at home and cant really cook well.

It was generally good. The dishes arrived was still warm and looked fresh. May consider to order again.

Quite good especially during this WFH - you do not need to think about the kind of food that you wish to eat.

Food quality had exceeded our expectation. Delivery was made accordance to the instruction from catering company. Its indeed a great deal.

Soup was not too salty. The rice is ok not too hard.

Food packaging is clean, neatly wrapped especially for the soup. However, food choice is limited and quite bland. It is more recommended for those who prefer non-spicy food.

Food quality and variety is great, no complaints there. Food tastes pretty healthy (not too salty or sweet).

The food arrived a little cold and needing a few minutes of microwave, but I believe that's to be expected of tingkat.

The food is generally alright, but it doesn’t really cater to my tastebuds. I think it’s more suited for younger children or the elderly kind, prolly cause the food is not spicy. Also, it’s more of chinese cooking style. The vege is not bad. However, the price is more of value for money. I opted for no soup and got extra meat as a replacement. Sadly, end up we couldn’t finish the food daily, nonetheless. Proportion of food is alright if the adults are not big eaters kind.

Yes food is suitable for my father. He likes the food as it is not spicy especially for elderly. Thank You!

Delivery and customer service services were awesome! Professional and friendly. However the quality and variety of food was unfortunately not to our taste and expectation.

Also, the portions were little and towards the last week of our catering, the portions doubled. So we were wondering if at the start the portion was given to one pax instead of two pax as we have paid for.
