Service was good - confirmation was fast. Delivery was within 30min of stipulated. Food can be improved - roast chicken and potatoes were dry, fish used was cheap dory despite the $300 price tag. Fried prawns were soggy.

Food was delivered on time and taste was alright. However, had doubts with the food hygiene as there was a fly in the Cheng Teng, and have to throw the whole food away.

Delivery service was prompt and courteous.
food is generally ok with sufficient quantity.
pineapple fried rice taste can be improved, so is the cold cheng teng.
kailan stem is not tender.

The complimentary Pen Cai and The prosperity abalone yusheng is a bonus! Portion is sufficient for the set.

Disappointed , found hair inside the curry

1. food is more then enough for 10 pax , but food taste so so and found hair inside the curry then we stop eating

2. delivery on time

3. food is hot during receiving

4. Broccoli with three mushrooms so hard

The service was prompt and very responsive. However, the food was very disappointing. The nonya mee siam goreng has zero mee siam taste nor flavour, completely blend and tasteless. The curry chicken (supposedly their signature dish) was quite flavourful but the chicken pieces were miserably small and soaked in a pool of oil!
The only saving grace is that the portions are big with 2 trays for some dishes.
This is my first time ordering from them but unlikely to try again.

Great service from Ginny! She promptly acted on the feedback and offered us a quick solution, with foodline supporting this process. The scores given are still based on my overall experience, so there's definitely room for improvement. However, Bayfront catering has shown that they take customer feedback seriously and will work internally to better themselves.

Contacted caterer prior to event, with specific questions on which dish is spicy(specifically melaka style steamed fish) and possibility of requesting no chilli to be used as this was for a children's party.
A sales rep responded that the fish was not spicy and that all requests could be made through the comments.
However was highly disappointed when food arrived.
Fish was spicy (see photos), vegetables were spicy, chilli was placed on almost all dishes regardless of my request, and food was disappointing. Pineapple rice was dry and had non-existent.pineapples. noodles were also dry and left much to desire. Curry was watery.
Most of the children ended up eating only a little due to all the spicy dishes and parents ended up getting other food for them (including my own kids).
Contacted the sales rep during event (no response) and afterwards. Managed to speak with her a few times but each time same reply of "will get back to you"...but after 3 days of the same response, there was no further reply.
Disappointed and frustrated, we posted this review to share our experience.

Ordered Olive fried rice with no trace of olive.
Curry chicken meats a bit hard. Gravy not fantastic.
Soon kueh not really nice.
Mini cream puff and Sweet & Sour fishes are tasty.
Overall not really value for money with the price I paid as most of the available dishes for selections are cheap ones, not much meat choices.
Payment made then realised this ????.

Do not understand why there is location charge as my place is in the central. This is the first time I am being charged by a caterer.

Very good customer service.
Food arrived at 7pm (+30min of order timing, which is within the +/-30min stipulated by the caterer. Food was still warm.
Food portion was more than enough for 10pax, but the curry chicken (especially the gravy) was too little. The braised tau gua was too salty.

Food was not always well cooked. Especially the rice a number of times and even the chicken on one instance.
