Bayfront Catering Services

This is our second order with Bayfront. Impressed that the food comes warm and in warmer bags. Cutlery and plates all provided :) food portion size is good!

Taste wise also good and they offer whole grains!

Food was delivered on time. Overall quantity is enough for the people order except the curry vegetables is too much.

This is our first time ordering from Bayfront Catering Services. Delivery was punctual and food warm when delivered. Portion of food was generous and delicious.

Overall the food was good, just lack of communication from the caterer. There was a order confirmation on the order day back in early Jan.
However, no confirmation message, a day before or on the event day, regarding the buffet preparation. We booked the delivery between 6pm-6.30pm. We waited for the buffet until it passed 6.00pm. Tried to call a few numbers (stated on the order) but none was picked up. We started to get panic, how do we settle our dinner?

Thank god, it finally arrived at 615pm.

The food arrived punctually and the delivery staff is nice and friendly. Food warm and well wrapped and packed up. Complementary free wonton are big and crispy. The broccoli is also one of the best dishes, and we are surprised that first time in buffet catering, we managed to finish up the whole entire tray of broccoli! The whole family enjoyed the food so much. Thank you.

Delivery was on time and according to order . The food was mostly delicious and portions were good, except the Luo Han Chye which is not up to our expectation. Generally our guests had an enjoyable meal.
We plan to order from Bayfront again in the near future.

Delivery man was late but he did called to inform and is very apologetic when arrived. Even stay a little to help setup and unwrapped. Thumbs up for his customer service.

Food wise portion is ... it's little compared to my previous one. We ordered 14pax for 17 pple and the rice was barely enough (ok my fault for ordering too little).

Curry chicken was a big hit and almost everything tasted good. Happy with the food. But I think portion can be a tiny bit more.

Food was great, everyone loved it.

However, The $20 cash reward by foodline should be rephrased into cash vouchers for next purchase.

Indicating $20 cash rewards with a next purchase requirement doesnt let the customers have a good ending feeling regardless how nice the food was.

Once customers feel “cheated” it will be their last time ordering.

The food spread is good and delicious. Second time ordering ! Definitely recommend it . Awesome and great .

The food is ok but the come early than the timing.The price is reasonable and the portion is big.Ok
