They are very punctual and food came warm. Food portion was generous and pleasant food presentation.

Food packaging and plastic utensils given was great. Timely delivery. Everyone was happy with the quality of food and quantity. Your name is on top fir future catering.

The food was delivered on time at 4pm. The curry chicken was our fav. Like the sweet & sour fish as well. Only that the veg Kailan was tasteless. The rest was okay. Will continue to order from Bayfront Catering in future.

Food arrived hot. Portion was just nice for the no. of guests. Guests like ngoh hiang and curry chicken most. The sin chow bee hoon is nice too. Only dish that did not recieve compliment is cereal fish filet. Too much flour. I personally like the éclairs.

Food was delivered on time at 11am as the time slot given was from 11 to 1130am. The egg dish wasn't like what I was expecting. This one more like braised egg. That was the only disappoint. The rest of the dishes are ok. Didn't receive complaints from my colleagues. Qty is more than enough for 9 ladies. The cheng teng is also nice. Not too sweet.

Update after caterer contacted us to resolve issue:
Great service from Ginny! She promptly acted on the feedback and offered us a quick solution, with foodline supporting this process. The scores given are still based on my overall experience, so there's definitely room for improvement. However, Bayfront catering has shown that they take customer feedback seriously and will work internally to better themselves.

Contacted caterer prior to event, with specific questions on which dish is spicy(specifically melaka style steamed fish) and possibility of requesting no chilli to be used as this was for a children's party.
A sales rep responded that the fish was not spicy and that all requests could be made through the comments.
However was highly disappointed when food arrived.
Fish was spicy (see photos), vegetables were spicy, chilli was placed on almost all dishes regardless of my request, and food was disappointing. Pineapple rice was dry and had non-existent.pineapples. noodles were also dry and left much to desire. Curry was watery.
Most of the children ended up eating only a little due to all the spicy dishes and parents ended up getting other food for them (including my own kids).
Contacted the sales rep during event (no response) and afterwards. Managed to speak with her a few times but each time same reply of "will get back to you"...but after 3 days of the same response, there was no further reply.
Disappointed and frustrated, we posted this review to share our experience.

The food is delicious and affordable. I have ordered for a 40 pax but there are still many leftovers despite having around 45pax in the party.

Food came 30 minutes earlier and delivered to the house instead of the function room as stated. But all was well as the food came hot and was good portion. Ordered 13 pax for 15 pax.

The buffet came 1 hour early then expected timing, but at least the food still came warm. Ordered for 30pax and the portion is a lot, more than enough. Foods tasted okay, just that both the main dishes are abit dry, not sure isit because is whole grain. Overall still good experience with them.
