The guy setting up was great too, very nice and thoughtful - I had a section of the area that is under the sun and he helped me arrange the buffet table in an L shape so that it wouldn't be under the sun as he said he's worried the food might spoil faster. I also added a plate of fruits just 2-3 days before my event and they were super nice about it, quick and swift about the change and it even came with EXTRA, smaller plates just for the fruits!!
