I ordered a dinner home meal for 3 people - 1 adult and 3 children. The food portion was generous and it was even enough for 6 people - 2 adults + 1 elderly + 3 children. Maybe it is because 2 of my children is equal to 1 adult food portion. The spicy food was only a little spicy and my children were able to eat it. The food was tasty and not salty. It is good value for money.

This is the worse ever catering menu I had! # days in a rwo I recd fried egg/ scrambled egg as in photo which is tasteless, look unappetizing but described differently. When I gave my sincere feedback hoping for improvement , I instead get Ginnie very indignantly telling me the difference as if I cant tell and sending me the menu after 1 week followed by another 2 days of similar eggs! Soups were diluted and similar as well, vegs same problem...chef has no variety in his menu whatsoever, if he uses mixed peas for today, he uses it again tmr for another dish. In all, portioning was too much for 1 pax but just waste food as not edible and boring repetition! Not worth the $112.35 which equates to more than $10/ meal!!
Terrible horrible experience! Their 3-day trial promotion at $25 was a misconception of the actual food in a 10-days version. Terrible food, terrible service by Ginnie as well. Should HEAR your customer not try to be cleverer!

Service is good. Food is okay. Delivery time is okay. Trying different tingkat service company so did not continue

The food was good and meet expectation. Good variety of food and most importantly freshly cooked with generous portion. Customer service was responsive too.

Food and service were satisfactory. Some dishes a little salty. On the whole, I would grade the food as good.

Price is on the higher side. Portion is above average. Food is average. Food delivery a little late for our liking (after 12 noon for lunch).

Coming to a month with this dinner tingkat, the menu is getting a little predictable but that's to be expected. Overall, the service is still top notch.

Their food is really fresh, flavorful and not too salty and importantly, the portions were generous! They also packed the food properly and it arrived punctually everyday! We love the food and are planning to continue using them.
